We offer component-based costing. Where possible, a full and detailed cost estimate is presented to clients for approval before any project is undertaken.

Our hourly rates range from R350 to R550, depending on the seniority of the personnel. All materials used and all outside contracted work (e.g. photography, illustration, reproduction, print, radio and TV production) will be charged with a 20 per cent margin for the agency. A fixed monthly retainer arrangement is also available.

Media placement is handled by our associate, Full Circle Media. They invoice our clients direct and require payment within 30 days of invoice. Copyright exists on concepts, design work and copy until payment for work has been received.
