Donovan Neale-May : Director
Donovan, a South African national, is President of Neale-May & Partners (USA) and a director of Neale-May & Partners (South Africa). He's also founder and managing partner of GlobalFluency (www.globalfluency.com), the leader in Intelligent Market Engagement, with 110 offices in over 70 countries.

Previously he was executive vice president of Ogilvy & Mather's West Coast PR offices and he held senior positions with agencies in Silicon Valley, New York, London and LA. He is also founder and executive director of the Chief Marketing Officer Council (www.cmocouncil.org), a global network of more than 2 100 senior marketing excutives across all industry sectors. They collectively manage $60 billion in annual marketing spend.

Moreover, he's also executive director of the Business Performance Management Forum (www.bpmforum.org), a group of executives driving financial accountability, operational visibility and compliance in global corporations.

During his 30 years as an international marketing & brand strategist, he has consulted with over 300 leading multi-nationals. Clients have included the likes of AT&T, Symantec, IBM, HP, Dell, Fujitsu, Nokia, Hyaundai, Nestle, Colgate-Palmolive, Disney and many more.

Roger Neale-May : Managing Director
Roger Neale-May is Managing Director of Neale-May & Partners (South Africa). Roger has a solid background in marketing. At 26 he became the youngest Senior Product Manager in the history of Stellenbosch Farmers Winery. He was responsible for developing Mainstay and Old Buck Gin into market leaders. Through these brands he was also able to develop knowledge and experience of the burgeoning black consumer market.

Roger's expertise in consumer marketing is complemented by in-depth retail understanding. His strengths include strategic planning, corporate positioning, brand building, sales promotions, merchandising and incentive programmes, special events management and sponsorship development.

He is also the Regional Director of the Africa & Middle East chapter of the CMO Council.

Grant Fraser : Media Director
Grant is Managing Director of Full Circle Media. He has 10 years experience in marketing management in FMCG. Prestigious accounts include Shell, Unilever, Royal Beechnut, Epic Oils and Gants Foods. He established MediaShop Cape and was its MD for seven years. He was also the MD of Hal Interactive, a Dimension Data online media-trading portal.

Caroline Joseph : Creative Director
Caroline, our dynamic Creative Director, has been in advertising since 1978. As an Art Director, she has honed her skills at BBDO Johannesburg, Adformo, Media Graphics, The Good Mix, Louise Sinclair Direct and Creative Spot Marketing. Her client experience is wide ranging and includes Old Mutual, Plascon, Liqui-Fruit, Aquafresh, Cameo, the Department of Health and Garden Route Tourism, Dogmor, Old Buck, Cremora, Freshpak Rooibos Tea, Bata, Sun City, Prestasi, First National Bank, Floro, Rama and Investment South Africa. Her in-depth knowledge of all forms of advertising extends to the newest media vehicles, like web page designs.

Siobhan Rothenburg : Copy Director
Siobhan has been a copywriter for over 20 years. She's fully bilingual and received her AAA Diploma in Advertising & Marketing from Damelin College in Johannesburg. She has writing and marketing experience in all areas of advertising, including Television, Radio, Promotions, Print, Direct Response, Audio-visuals and she specialised in Retail advertising for 14 years. She has won several awards for both English and Afrikaans TV, print and radio campaigns.

Fadiel Ismael : Art Director
Fadiel is an extremely talented graphic designer who joined the team from the Art Directors Workshop. He has worked on a number of agency accounts, including Tru-Cape, T-Systems, Dutoit Fruit, Campus Camera, Foresight Optometrists, Headsets SA and UMAC.

Sharon Clark: Production Manager
Sharon has been in advertising since 1986 and has worked at various large ad agencies, including BBDO, Lintas, The Jupiter Drawing Room, JWT and FCB to name but a few. Her experience ranges from Production Manager to Operations Manager, as well as Traffic control within the various agencies she worked for. She has also run her own Corporate Gifts and Promotional Items Company. She has extensive experience in production, printing, DTP systems, internal operations and costing. Sharon has built up good relationships with the best suppliers in the country and knows where and how to obtain the most favourable quotes for any type of printed job. She has worked on major clients, such as Shoprite, Aroma Liquor Stores, Business Day, Sissy Boy, Sanlam, Colman Foods, Gilbeys and many more.

Nicholas Hales : Web Design
Nicholas, our Website Designer, has an advanced diploma in fine art (design and illustration) from UCT and a computer graphics qualification from St Martins College of Art, London. He has played an instrumental role in designing a diverse range of cutting-edge websites, including those of VW, e-Township, ccAfrica, SA Institute for drugfreesport, Deutsche Bank, Tru-Cape Fruit Marketing, Headsets SA, Connect Communications, Western Province Cricket Club and African Dream.

Brian Berkman : Publicist
Brian Berkman, our publicist, provides a valuable resource to Neale-May & Partners' clients by leveraging editorial coverage around advertising campaigns.

His more than 10 years working in the media as journalist and publicist handling brands as diverse as satirist Pieter Dirk-Uys, Sea Harvest, BP, Parmalat, Auction Alliance and Men's Health magazine have equipped him with the knowledge and media contacts to extend the value of your campaign.

As well as being Client Service Director of PSPR BBDO, the only South African PR agency in the global BBDO group, he has operated his own agencies.

He is a regular contributor on publicity and media matters to Biz Community and formed and runs PR-Net, a forum for professional consultants to interact and share knowledge.
